Insulated Roller Shutter Solutions
Rollac only uses premium CFC free foam in the DuraComfort line of residential rolling shutters. The foam core helps to dampen vibrations for a quiet operation. The high density foam is nine times more dense than the regular foam. This option is ideal for larger shutter systems and high security needs.
Prevent Shutter Pullup
Rollac DuraComfort shutters can be equipped with a lift prevention system - keeping outsiders from lifting up the curtain with an object and providing additional protection. Once the shutter is fully rolled down, the internal stop locks, preventing the shutter curtain from being lifted up. The shutter will not lift unless it is done so by turning the axle via manual or motorized operation.

A special two coat application and separate stove-baked enameled heat treating process provide a high quality finish.
Rails
Working as the frame of the shutter system, rails attach to the wall, guiding the shutter curtain in and out of the box housing. Smaller rails provide a lower visual impact. Larger rails offer more security and resistance to curtain pullout.
